Graving Docks in Cardiff Bay, and the sea. Under the proposal the
graving docks would be sealed and a pipe would run under the new
'freshwater' lake of Cardiff Bay, pass through the barrage and thus
maintain the graving docks in their pre-barrage, tidal
condition. |
