Diagram showing ‘ATLAS’ - Unrealised proposals by PLACE for an installation to maintain the connection between the Mount Stuart Graving Docks in Cardiff Bay, and the sea.  Under the proposal the graving docks would be sealed and a pipe would run under the new 'freshwater' lake of Cardiff Bay, pass through the barrage and thus maintain the graving docks in their pre-barrage, tidal condition.
